A separate path from the artworks. Living specimens carry no cart — we take your inquiry or reservation, then arrange delivery by bank transfer and in-store handover. Live specimens ship within Japan only.

If a living specimen arrives dead, or dies within 72 hours of arrival, we will send an equivalent specimen or issue a full refund (shipping at our expense).
The guarantee applies only if you specify a delivery time slot, receive the specimen in person on the delivery day, and send photographs of the specimen with the packaging unopened.
Please contact us by the end of the delivery day if the specimen arrived dead, or within 72 hours of arrival if it weakened after arrival.

During extreme heat or cold we may hold shipment for the safety of the living specimen.
This species is not designated as an Invasive Alien Species under Japanese law, but a living creature must never be released outdoors.
Please care for it responsibly for its whole life, and follow the law and good practice when transferring or parting with it. We ask for your help in protecting Japan's ecosystem.
